Founded in 2005, the AHH Foundation LBG is a non-profit organization dedicated to environmental conservation, biodiversity protection, landscape restoration, and climate action in Ghana’s Volta and Oti Regions. With over two decade of experience, we work to restore degraded ecosystems, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and improve rural livelihoods through sustainable, community-driven solutions.
Our initiatives have supported the reforestation of approximately 1,000 hectares of degraded forest through agroforestry, helping to preserve biodiversity while strengthening food security and economic resilience. We implement impactful programs that promote sustainable land use and climate adaptation by partnering with key institutions such as the Ghana Forestry Commission and the Ghana Wildlife Society and now Tree Crops Development Authority.
At the heart of our work is community empowerment and the environment. Through education, collaboration, and active participation, we are building a future where people and ecosystems thrive together.
